What is included in our rates?
Rates published on this website are exclusive an administrative charge for payment by credit card but inclusive of ERP and parking fees and a grace period for waiting. In case of an arrival booking, the rates are inclusive of the cost of meet-and-greet at the exit of the arrival hall gates. We apply standard rates for standard services.

Can you change or cancel my booking?
No, once a booking has been confirmed, amendments and cancellations are not possible. Our online booking system is designed to operate with minimal human interaction and changes to bookings are therefore not supported. If you are not able to be present at the confirmed date and time, the booking will have deemed to be completed.
When is midnight surcharge applicable?
A midnight surcharge is applicable from 23.30hrs to 07.00hrs, based on the confirmed pickup time.
What is waiting time ?
Waiting time occurs when our driver has to wait beyond a grace period after the confirmed pickup time. For all bookings except arrivals, the grace period is 15 minutes. For arrival bookings, it is 30 minutes after actual arrival of the flight.
For waiting beyond the grace period, a surcharge applies according to the rates listed on our website. Since waiting time cannot be foreseen at the time of booking, this surcharge is payable directly to our driver.
The maximum waiting time is one hour past the grace period or clearing of the luggage belt, whichever takes longest. After the maximum waiting time, the booking will have deemed to be completed and our driver will cease to wait.
How much luggage fits in the vehicle?
The amount of luggage that fits depends on the selected vehicle:
- Our 4-seater vehicles support one standard size cargo bag (large) and two to three standard size cabin bags (small).
- Our 7-seater vehicles support three standard size cargo bags (large) and three to five standard size cabin bags (small).
How long in advance do you need to book?
Since our booking system is designed to operate with minimal human interaction, we are able to minimize the lead time for your bookings to four hours. This means that you can book your limousine last minute to reduce the risk of changes or cancellations on your side. For your convenience we offer you a maximum lead time of one month, which means you can plan and book your limousine up to 30 days in advance without any surcharge.
Other methods of payment
Since the system is highly automated and catered to facilitate ‘last minute’ bookings, payments other than by credit card are not supported at this moment. To secure your payments, we have signed up with RBS WorldPay, the international accepted payment gateway for secure payments by credit cards.
What is Quayside Service?
Quayside service is a personalized service where a dedicated Guest Relations Officer from the airport meets you at the aero-bridge upon arrival and drives you by electric buggy to the CIP Terminal. You are escorted through a dedicated Immigration and Customs counter and into the CIP Terminal lounge to refresh and relax after your trip whilst the your baggage is retrieved for you.
What is Jetside Service?
The Jetside service incorporates all the elements of the Quayside service and furthermore includes transportation between the aircraft and CIP Terminal (or vice-versa) by limousine on the tarmac. With the Jetside service you experience complete privacy and need not go through any of the normal public areas associated with airports.
Can you book limousines for events as well?
Yes, we also provide limousines for your events and large volume requirements. You can safely leave the arrangement for your limousine transport to us so you can concentrate on all other aspects of your event.
How can I get a corporate account?
A corporate account will only be provided after registration. One of the criteria to be eligible for registration is frequent use of our services. Registration is only possible upon invitation by Wolero. The criteria for invitation are reviewed periodically and are some criteria are not subject to publication for reasons of privacy and confidentiality. Decisions on who to invite for registration are at the sole discretion of Wolero.

Is my information safe with Wolero?
Yes, we are totally independent from any other commercial organization and we do not share your personal information with others. Your data is kept on encrypted media for reasons of security and to avoid access by unauthorized parties. We do not sell, exchange, reveal or expose your information as we understand the importance of safeguarding your privacy.
Do I need to tip the driver?
No, it is generally accepted if you want to give the driver a token of appreciation for his professional and personal service but tipping is not required by law.
Can I book a limousine service to or from Malaysia?
Yes, you can book our services to bring you to and from Malaysia as well. These journeys will be performed by private limousines due to restrictions on free movements of taxis in and out of Malaysia. Please ask for our tailor made solution for your Malaysian traveling requirements.
